At Jasper, we are dedicated to bringing curative hematopoietic stem cell transplants to more people by developing compounds that can make it safer and more effective.

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is among the most widely practiced form of cellular therapy and can cure many diseases. It has the potential to cure a greater number of diseases than currently possible, but morbidity from current conditioning technologies limits its broad application and the number of patients who are able to benefit. Currently, patients must receive highly toxic, potentially life-threatening, non-specific conditioning agents to prepare their bone marrow for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Current Chemotherapy/Radiation-Based Conditioning Is Highly Toxic

Limitations of Chemotherapy-Based Conditioning

Jasper is committed to developing safer, more effective conditioning agents to allow for expanded use of curative therapy with stem cell transplants and gene therapies. We are using a very targeted approach to solve this challenge.
